Er besteht aus Aluminium und hat ein Display zur Anzeige von Powerstatus, Lüfterstatus, Master- / Slave-Einstellung, Temperatur, HDD-Ausfall, Festplattenzugriff, Betriebsdauer der Festplatte, Temperatur-/ Fehleralarm (bei Temperaturüberschreitung oder Lüfterausfall). Der Alarm erfolgt durch ein akustisches Signal.
